Terms and Conditions
Welcome to HÜNA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using hunalabel.com or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.
1. Who we are
HÜNA is an online womenswear studio based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or have parental/guardian consent) to purchase.
3. Products & availability
We produce in small batches; many styles are one or two per size and may sell out quickly.
Items in your cart aren’t reserved until checkout is completed.
We aim to present colours, fabrics and measurements accurately, but variations can occur between screens and dye lots.
4. Orders
We may accept or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. stock/pricing error, suspected fraud). If cancelled, any amounts paid will be fully refunded.
Orders can’t be modified once placed—please check your details carefully.
5. Pricing, taxes & currency
Prices are in AUD and may change without notice.
GST (where applicable) is shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes.
6. Payments
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay).
Payments are processed securely by our providers—we don’t store full card numbers.
7. Shipping & delivery
Processing times, rates and service options are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your address (or at collection for Local Pickup). Title passes once full payment is received.
Delivery timeframes are estimates; delays outside our control are not our responsibility.
8. Local Pickup (if enabled)
If selected, we’ll email the Turramurra, NSW pickup address and a booking link. Please bring your order confirmation and ID.
9. Returns & refunds
Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these Terms. In brief: change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery when items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached. Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made a mistake. See the policy page for full details.
10. Gift cards & promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law).
Promo codes must be used within the stated period and can’t be combined unless specified. We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
11. User content (reviews, photos)
By submitting content (e.g. reviews/images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and display it in connection with our store and marketing. Don’t submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
12. Intellectual property
All site content (designs, photos, text, graphics, logos, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to HÜNA and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or exploit content without our written permission.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content, or engage in unlawful activity).
14. Third-party services & links
We use third-party providers (e.g. Shopify, payment gateways, couriers). Your use of their services may be subject to their terms. We aren’t responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.
15. Warranties & Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Except as required by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. If a product has a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement under the ACL.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold HÜNA harmless from claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
18. Force majeure
We’re not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions).
19. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
20. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first—most issues can be resolved quickly.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
