Shipping & Delivery

We design and produce in small batches. Most styles are made in one or two pieces per size and often won’t be restocked—when it’s gone, it’s gone. Everything online is in stock and ready to ship from Sydney.

Processing time

  • Orders dispatch in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed after 12 pm Friday ship the next business day.

Australia (Domestic)

Shipped with Australia Post (or equivalent) with tracking.

  • Standard: AUD 9.95 · 2–6 business days

  • Express: AUD 14.95 · 1–3 business days

  • Free standard shipping for orders AUD 100+
    Tracking details are emailed when your parcel leaves our studio.

Local pickup (Sydney)

Prefer to collect? Choose Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you our pickup address in Turramurra and a booking link to choose a time window.

International

We currently ship to New Zealand and selected countries.

  • NZ Standard: AUD 19.95 · approx 5–10 business days

  • Rest of world: calculated at checkout (typically AUD 29.95–49.95 depending on weight/zone)
    Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Transit times are estimates and may vary.

Inventory & restocks

  • Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.

  • Because we work in small runs, restocks aren’t guaranteed. If a size is sold out, sign up for the restock alert on the product page.

Address changes

Need to update your address? Contact us with your order number ASAP. Once a label is created, we may not be able to reroute.

Missed delivery / return-to-sender

Parcels returned due to an incorrect address or not being collected can be resent for a new postage fee or refunded minus the original shipping.

Lost or damaged parcels

All orders include tracking. If your parcel seems lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (include photos and your order number). We’ll lodge an enquiry and help resolve it quickly.

Sustainable packaging

We pack with recyclable, low-impact materials. Please reuse or recycle where possible.
