Returns & Refunds

We’re a small studio producing limited runs. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help—please review the guidelines below.

Return window

  • 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must arrive back to us within 21 days of delivery (international within 30 days).

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused (try-ons at home are fine)

  • With all original tags attached and original packaging where applicable

  • Free of marks, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

We may refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Not returnable

  • Sale/markdown items (final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “final sale” on the product page

Exchanges

Because we produce in very small quantities, we don’t hold items for exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.

How to start a return

  1. Go to our Contact page in the store.

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you the return address and packing instructions.

  4. Pack securely and include your order number inside the parcel.

Return shipping

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please use a tracked service; items remain your responsibility until received by us.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times vary).

  • If a return isn’t approved, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (postage at cost).

Faulty or incorrect items

If you received the wrong item or a fault, please contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. We’ll prioritise a repair/replacement or provide a refund if unavailable.

International returns

  • Mark the parcel “Returned goods – no commercial value.”

  • Duties/taxes are non-refundable and any return import fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.

Missed delivery / return-to-sender

Parcels returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-collection can be resent (postage charged) or refunded minus original shipping.

In-person returns (Sydney)

You may return by appointment at our Turramurra studio—request a slot via the Contact page.
